Get pain predictable and controlled. Establish baseline capacity. Install the daily habit that everything else builds on.
Cleared but not capable? A defined, criteria-based, coach-guided rebuild — from where your body is now to full strength, symmetry, and confidence in your target activity.
You've been medically cleared. You finished PT. Or you've been managing a body that needs accommodations for years. You're not looking for another generic workout app — you're looking for a defined path back to full strength.
ACL, meniscus, rotator cuff, hip or knee replacement, labrum, hernia — you're cleared but not yet where you want to be.
You finished physical therapy but were dropped before you felt truly ready. PT closed the pain gap. This closes the performance gap.
Low back that acts up. A knee or shoulder that never fully came back. Bodies that need thoughtful load management, not one-size-fits-all programs.
Not for you if: You're still in acute injury or pre-clearance rehab, you need medical treatment, or you're looking for a bikini-body / weight-loss program. This is a coaching program for cleared clients rebuilding real capacity — not medical rehab.
Every phase closes a specific gap. You don't advance by the calendar — you advance by hitting the criteria. Progression is earned, not assumed.

Take the assessment at start and finish — see measurable proof of your progress across pain, mobility, strength, and confidence.
Whether it's running, lifting, sport, or daily life — Phase 4 includes a graded return protocol specific to what you want to get back to.
Graduates roll into the Elite tier at $349/mo — roughly half your program monthly cost — for ongoing coaching after week 12.
The four-phase framework adapts to your specific injury — with the right emphasis, cautions, and progression rules.
Different injury? The four-phase framework still applies — book a fit call and we'll confirm fit before you enroll.
Pay in full or spread it over three months. Either way — same program, same coach, same outcome.
Rolling start — begin as soon as your intake is complete. Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment, no questions asked.
The subscription tiers (Recovery, Guided, Elite) are open-ended monthly training. You keep training as long as you want, and the program adapts around you month to month.
The 12-Week Return-to-Performance Program is a defined coaching program with a specific outcome and endpoint — designed for the specific window between medical clearance and full capability. It includes higher coach touch, defined phase gates, and a graduation moment with measurable results.
No. While many clients are post-surgical, this program serves anyone in the "cleared but not capable" window: post-PT clients dropped before they felt ready, chronic-pain clients who need accommodations, athletes rebuilding after injury, or anyone stuck between healed and truly ready.
What matters is that you're medically cleared to train — this is performance coaching, not medical rehab.
Provider protocols always come first. You'll share any restrictions in your intake (either directly in the form or via message once you're in the portal), and your program will honor them completely.
If you have a specific protocol document from your surgeon or PT, upload it or send it in a message — Ben will build your program around it.
Each phase has specific exit criteria — things like "pain stable ≤3/10 for 7 days" or "strength within 10% side-to-side." You'll see these criteria in the portal from day one, so you know exactly what you're working toward.
When you feel you've met the criteria, you complete a phase gate form to attest and advance. Ben reviews progressions and can provide feedback or hold you at a phase if something needs more time. It's your progression, verified.
Twelve weeks is the frame, not a deadline. Progression is criteria-based — if a phase takes you longer, you take longer. There's no extra charge, and there's no rushing you through gates you haven't cleared. Your access to the program continues until you graduate.
You'll retake the Recovery Readiness Score to see measurable proof of your progress. Then you have options: graduate to independent training, or continue with ongoing coaching at the Elite tier ($349/mo — about half of your program monthly cost) for continued support.
Yes. Message Ben, we pause the program, and you pick up where you left off when you're ready. This is about doing it right — not racing a clock.
If within 14 days of enrolling you decide the program isn't right for you — for any reason — email coach@recoverrx.net and we'll refund you in full. Simple and no-hassle. After 14 days, refunds aren't available since the program is highly individualized.
Yes. Ben Schultz personally reviews every intake, builds every program, and handles all coaching interactions. That's why cohort size is deliberately capped — quality over volume.
12 weeks. 4 phases. A defined path back to your body — and your life. If you're stuck in the gap, this is the way out.
