Why I built this.

Hi, I'm Ben Schultz.

Founder, RecoverRX

I've spent 13+ years coaching people through training, recovery, and the messy reality of bodies that don't fit a textbook. I have a degree in exercise science. But the lessons that built RecoverRX came from being on the other side of the table.

I've worked through chronic low back issues, left hip mobility limitations, and recovery from hernia surgery — each time hitting the same wall. PT got me out of pain, but it ended before I was actually ready. Generic programs assumed I was already at 100%. I wasn't. So I had to figure it out for myself, the long way.

What if I miss a workout, or have a terrible day?
